Magic Math I approve of!

Thanks for sharing Jesse. It brought a big smile to my face http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4vqr3_ROIk

Philip, when you can do math like this guy, I will stop challenging you to know your concepts!

Many of you agreed with Brendan on using sequencing in sports. While this is a good start at thinking of applications, it is slightly flawed for sequencing. Can anyone guess why?

  1. It is slighty flawed because different shots mean different points. Normally its two points but its 3 points for a 3 pointer and 1 for a foul shot. Thus, the flaw is that the sequence of points is not constant.

  2. It is slightly flawed because some shots are worth different points. There are 3 point shots and fouls shot which are one point. If u get fouled and make a 3 point shot you get 4 points. Since there is not real constant value the sequencing is flawed.
