Arithmetic Sequencing

Write the function rule for the following Arithmetic sequences and explain why the rule works. Then give the answer for the 20th term.

Think of an application for arithmetic or geometric sequencing and give the reason for your choice.

Focus Question : HW Algebra I Honors

Would you rather have $500 in an account paying 6% interest compounded quarterly (4x a year) or $600 in an account paying 5% interest compounded annually (once a year)? Why? (Summarize your reasoning.)

It seems that when I selected the "cool" new Blogspot editor for posting comments my blog lost its comment posting ability. I have tried resetting it back to the old Posting system but it was a nogo. Students who are unable to post should send their posts to me in an email at my School address. Hopefully BlogSpot will have the kinks worked out soon.
